Planning a trip halfway across the world may be exciting, but is is not an easy task. Finding hotels, activities, and other interesting places in a destination that you’re not familiar of, all the while minding your budget, makes for a fairly complex work.
Online travel agencies like Yatra aims to make travel bookings a lot easier. Let’s find out what travelers think of their customer service by looking at the latest Yatra reviews.

What people are saying
The Yatra reviews from various online review sites shows us the pros and cons of booking with this agency. The pros, according to the customers, are the large number of offered services. Moreover, despite only being in the industry for a few years, it managed to reach the second place in all of India’s online travel agencies.
However, this does not guarantee that their services are always on point. To show you exactly why, here are the Yatra reviews I found online:
“The experience with yatra. com was worst ever in my life. The sales team is group of liars, they looted our money by showing dreams and run away . After submitting money service teams comes in front of you who denied what was the most attractive feature . Yatra is the bigger thieves then the local tourist guide and taxi drivers.”
“I had worst experience with yatra.com. I took a package to Mauritius from yatra just because of its brand value but I was wrong . Service and package provided by YATRA is humiliating. They are just onto money nothing else.”
When you visit their website, you will notice the large, blurred photo of the Golden Gate Bridge. Directly in front of that is the flight booking form that contains input boxes. Above it, you will find the different services of the company, namely: hotels, homestays, holidays, buses, trains, cruises, and activities.
Scroll down and you will see the section that features the latest specials, discounts, and travel deals that they are offering. Click here to view their website.

Overall, based on the Yatra reviews I found online, people were highly unsatisfied of the company’s services. The bad service they received from the company is enough to keep them from using their services again.
