What people are saying
Apart from being one unique low-cost airline in the United States, JetBlue somehow reached the satisfaction needs of their passengers, that can be proven by just reading this positive reviews posted on some reviews sites that can be found throughout the internet.
“First time flying on Jetblue and definitely won’t be the last. I was pleasantly surprised after reading less than perfect reviews. Almost reminds me of “Song” from years back. Very professional employees. Great Dunkin Donuts coffee served (with lids!!!!) AND a great snack collection. Can’t wait for my next trip!”

“I had a great experience on JetBlue. The ticket price was fantastic. The seats were so comfortable and they offered in-flight movies, drinks and snacks. The staff were very kind and helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. I’ll never fly Spirit to Boston again!”
—Rebecca F (Gibsonburg, Ohio)
“I had a great experience with Jet Blue and their Supervisor Allison Brioux. Last week I was traveling back from Phoenix to Charleston on Delta and accidentally left my wallet in the airport where Allison somehow found it. Even though I didn’t fly with them, she was willing to take the time and effort to overnight ship my wallet back to me in Charleston. If their customer service is this good for non JetBlue Travelers, I imagine it’s pretty good when you’re a passenger as well.”
