Air Canada Reviews
Canada’s largest airline and flag carrier is has quite a remarkable history and is recognized for several reasons: one, it is the tenth largest airline in the world in terms of fleet-size. Two, it is one of the few airlines to actually fly all six inhabited continents on Earth. Three, it is one of the founding members of the Star Alliance.
Today, let’s check out some of the Air Canada reviews and see whether this airline can live up to its reputation.
Origins and ownership
Air Canada was founded in April 11, 1937 under the name of Trans-Canada Air Lines. However, in January 1, 1965, the airline was renamed to Air Canada.
Calin Rovinescu, born in 1955, is currently the Chief Executive Officer and President of Air Canada. He joined the airline in the year 2000 as its Executive Vice President.
Mr. Rovinescu is a Bachelor of Laws graduate from the University of Ottawa in 1980.
What people are saying
Above average is how I would describe the airline’s services, based on the Air Canada reviews I found online. Some passengers felt very comfortable the entire flight while others complained of the aging fleet.
The cabin service provided by the flight crew were good, as per the passengers, and the baggage handling was also noteworthy.
However, there were also some negative Air Canada reviews. Several passengers were complaining about the airline’s punctuality. Cancellations also seem to happen frequently in this airline.

Based on the Air Canada reviews I found online, the airline’s quality of service is good but far from perfect. Its flaws are still pretty apparent and its passengers are doing a good job at pointing them out. Hopefully, the airline’s management takes heed.
