What people are saying

So far, the airline receives tons and tons of positive reviews, coming from its passengers. As though they’ve been well accommodated and assisted by the airline’s cheerful and professional staffs. Here are some of the reviews:

We booked return tickets from Heathrow to Heraklion via Athens with no knowledge of Aegean Airlines. All four flights we took in October 2016 operated on time. It was required to go through passport control in Athens in both directions, but clearly the airline sets its connection times to account for the transfer. The 4 aircraft we used (2 A-320s and 2 A-321s) were clean and well maintained. No entertainment systems at the seats. Passengers need not worry about the airline’s enforcement of their strict-on-paper carry-on baggage allowances (an un-generous one piece 8kg max allowance for the cheaper fares). We had carry-ons that pushed the limits and no one checked or made an issue of it. Flight attendants helped many passengers with hand luggage that seemed to far exceed their notional limits. Food was tasty. Greek themed meals on all flights (Greek salads, Greek breads). Flight attendants are generally young, pleasant and customer oriented.”

“Aegean is one of the few European Airlines which still try to offer some quality service on-board. Great staff, great service, affordable, and clean. I would highly recommend Aegean Airlines to all travelers flying into Greece or out of Greece.”
—Dimitrios K (Leiden, The Netherlands)
